Montfort Missionaries landed in the Indian soil in 1974 about forty years ago. The missionaries ventured in to the new mission with the mission program given by the Founder St. Louis Marie de Montfort, that is: renewal of the church. The small seed that was sown in the Indian soil by the Italian Montfortian Missionaries had grown into a big tree of life, branching out into different states and countries, such as, Karnataka, Andra Pradesh, Kerala, Goa and Tamil Nadu. The Eternal Incarnate Wisdom gathered the Montfotions to work in a team spirit and available to His mission on earth. Today the tree has branched out to the level of internationality.
